Delivery and Returns
Any items which are stocked in our stores will be dispatched within 48hrs. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but in the event of any delay we will contact you to keep you informed. During the school summer holidays, delivery times may be affected so please order as early as possible in order to receive your goods before the start of term.
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class - Signed For; with a delivery charge added to the order of £4.50.
Estimated delivery time for goods is 3 to 5 working days from point of dispatch from our store.
Schoolwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days following receipt of your goods and a further 14 days to return the goods to our store for a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you would like to cancel your order. This includes your right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. You will be responsible for any return postage payable.
We recommend that when returning your parcel via Royal Mail you request a proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us without a proof of posting receipt. Alternatively, you can return the items in person to our store; located at:

We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt.
Excluded items: Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items which have been personalised or are bespoke orders (for example, the name of the child has been embroidered onto the garment).
In Store Orders
There will be no refunds for any unwanted purchases.
We will exchange goods (except for ties, socks, tights, swimwear and hair accessories) within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are returned in a resaleable condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Alternatively a credit note will be issued which will be valid for a period of 12 months.
Please keep your receipt safe as we are unable to accept returned goods without a proof of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods are subject to availability. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will let you know as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given.
Products available on our website may not be available in our retail store and vice versa.
The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on the Website at the time you place your order (plus a delivery charge) except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
The prices quoted on this Website apply only to products sold via this Website. Where the same products are available in our store different prices may apply.
All prices are shown in £'s sterling and include VAT where applicable.
